Privacy Policy

EdgePass is built with respect for your privacy. We collect minimal data to ensure the game runs smoothly and to improve our puzzles.

1. Analytics & Performance

We use Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to monitor game stability and level difficulty. This data is anonymized and cannot be used to identify you personally.

2. Advertising & Tracking

To keep the game free, we use Google AdMob to display advertisements.

On iOS Devices: In accordance with Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework, the app will request your explicit permission before accessing your device's Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) to track activity across apps and websites for targeted advertising.

On Android Devices: AdMob may utilize the Google Advertising ID to serve relevant, tailored ad experiences.

Your Choices and Control: You can freely decline or revoke personalized tracking permission at any time through the initial native iOS ATT prompt, our in-game Consent Management Tool, or your device’s system settings (e.g., Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking on iOS). If you opt-out, you will still see ads, but they will be generic and less relevant to you.

3. In-App Purchases

All financial transactions for "EdgePass Pro" and additional level packs are processed securely by RevenueCat and the respective app store (Apple/Google). We never see or store your payment details.

4. Cloud Synchronization

To protect your progress across devices, EdgePass utilizes Google Play Games Services (Android) and Apple Game Center (iOS). Your level completion data and best times are stored securely on their respective cloud platforms associated with your account.

5. Push Notifications

We use Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to send you optional daily challenge reminders and game updates. To deliver these notifications, the app generates a unique, anonymized push token specific to your device.

This token is used strictly for message routing, does not expose your real-world identity, and is processed only if you grant explicit permission through your device's native prompt.

6. Data Deletion

Because your progress is stored on your personal Google or Apple account, you have full control over it. You can delete your data at any time via your device settings:

  • Android: Google Play Games app → Settings → Delete Play Games account & data.
  • iOS: iPhone Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Manage Storage.
